About Us
Fire and Ice Spa is a private sauna and massage spa in Dedham, MA, just outside Boston. Whether you want to ease sore muscles, recover after a hard week or simply relax with friends, every session is private: just you and the people you bring.
We have a traditional Russian banya with steam and veniki (birch and oak brooms), a dry Himalayan salt sauna and an infrared sauna. For the full banya experience, our "branch man" can give you a traditional venik treatment.
Finish your visit with a massage: Swedish, deep tissue, sports, Thai, reflexology or Reiki. 30 minutes $60, 60 minutes $80.
We opened in 2005 as the Russian Bath House of Boston. Our name, Fire and Ice Spa, comes from the banya itself: the deep heat of the steam room and the refreshing cool-down that follows.
